Booking conditions and cancellation policy
The reservation must be confirmed by providing your credit card details to guarantee the reservation.
For the standard rate, nothing will be charged to the credit card before check-out. The data of your credit card will be used only to guarantee the reservation in case of no-show or out of term cancellations to charge the relative penalties. The sending of the card data in any case constitutes prior authorization for the debit but in the event of a timely cancellation, in the cancellation terms indicated below, nothing will be charged to the credit card.
For the non-refundable rate, your credit card data will be used for the preventive charge of the stay at any time after booking and will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
Our accommodation reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card and to pre-authorize the amount due at any time after booking.
Our system uses the most advanced security standards to guarantee the protection and privacy of the data entered. After clicking on the CONFIRM BOOKING button, you will be automatically redirected to the page to enter your credit card details. The procedure must be completed within 30 minutes of booking registration. Otherwise the reservation will be canceled automatically.
CITY TAX
The Municipality of Amalfi has established the Municipal Tourist Tax (Tourist Tax) which must be paid by guests at their accommodation facilities. The amount of this tax is not included in the prices indicated on this site or in those generated by the online booking system and must be paid exclusively in cash at check in.
The tourist tax is € 1.50 per person per night.
BOOKING CANCELLATION TERMS
The reservation can be canceled and / or modified promptly as follows:
BOOKING AT STANDARD RATE
Free cancellation within 15 days before arrival.
For cancellations, changes, early departure, no show made from 14 to 0 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
NON REFUNDABLE RESERVATION
Non-refundable bookings can be charged for the full amount at any time after the booking confirmation.
Our accommodation reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card by requesting a pre-authorization.
In case of late cancellation / modification or early departure, the customer is required to pay the agreed amount.
OTHER CONDITIONS
- Check-in: it is possible from 15:00 to 22:00
- Check-out: it is necessary to vacate the room by 11:00
